Dr. Lisa Thompson B.H.Sc., DC, Clinical Acupuncture Provider

Dr. Lisa Thompson graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree from the University of Western Ontario. She continued her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto earning her Doctor of Chiropractic in 2004.  While enrolled in her studies there, Dr. Thompson completed an extensive 2 year acupuncture training program.  She also has additional training in several soft tissue techniques to help enhance the effectiveness of chiropractic treatment.  Dr. Thompson is a proud mother of two young, energetic children.  She strives to keep herself and her family active through regular activities such as running, yoga and Irish Dance.  

Dr. Thompson has most recently completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Inner Dawn Yoga Studio, in Sarnia Ontario.  She currently teaches various running and yoga programs in Petrolia throughout the year.

Dr. Amanda Core B.H.Sc., DC, Clinical Acupuncture Provider

Born and raised in Petrolia, Dr. Core is excited to start her practice in her home town surrounded by her friends and family. Dr. Core has always been interested in a career in health care and began her studies at the University of Guelph where she successfully obtained an undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics in 2011. Dr. Core continued her education at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York where she graduated in December 2014 with honours. She has also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program at McMaster University in Hamilton. Her personal interests include spending time outdoors, especially during the summer and staying active. She also enjoys cooking and has a special interest in nutrition and teaching others about healthy eating habits.

Lisa Vozza R.M.T.

Originally from Chatsworth, Ontario, Lisa brings more than 15 years of practice experience to our office.  Previously an instructor at London's Westervelt College Massage Therapy Program, she recently relocated to Petrolia with her husband, where they are raising their two daughters.  Once a competitive figure skater, Lisa has a vast experience treating various athletic injuries and conditions.  Furthermore, she has extra training and expertise in pre-natal massage.  She is an active person who loves to run and take part in various running events in the area.

Taylor Whitely R.M.T.

Taylor graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics in 2013. After working as a kinesiologist at a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation centre, she attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto where she graduated with honours.  While in Toronto, she also completed pre-natal and sports massage courses. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys playing various recreational sports and taking her dog for long hikes. Taylor is excited to return to our clinic part-time after the birth of her first child, a daughter named Briar Rose.

Richard Lebert, R.M.T.

Richard brings a unique specialty of treating sports-related injuries to our office.  Previously employed at the prestigious Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Clinic at Western University, he has helped a wide variety of patients, including Western Hockey, Soccer and Football Players.  Richard is very passionate about enhancing the quality of education within his profession and currently instructs within the Massage Therapy Program at Lambton College.  As well, he is a published author in various national publications regarding the benefits of massage, such as Massage Therapy Canada.  When not in clinic or instructing new therapists, Richard enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their infant daughter, Ivy.

Pam Core - Receptionist

Originally from the Petrolia area, Pam and her husband have raised two wonderful children here.  Pam is actively involved in many charity events and the local Optimist’s Club. Pam loves sewing in her spare time and enjoys fishing and spending time on her family's boat during the summer. She is the proud grandmother of two lovely grandchildren, Jack and Alex.  Pam is an outstanding member of our team and truly goes "the extra mile" to help us achieve high patient satisfaction while providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Jocelyn Henderson - Receptionist
Raised in Petrolia, Jocelyn has a post-secondary education in Computer Programming from Lambton College.   She loves to cook and enjoys baking healthy treats for her husband and two young children. Jocelyn can often be found outside, especially during the warm summer months, where she enjoys golf or boating with friends and family.  In the winter season, Jocelyn spends much of her time in various arenas cheering on her son through travel hockey adventures. Our patients love the warm and caring nature Jocelyn brings to our office each day she is here in clinic.
